Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination & Support
- Provide customer-focused support for the Teamwear Program, assisting employees with merchandise orders, inquiries, and delivery coordination.
- Serve as a member of the Teamwear support team, responding to employee inquiries with timely and accurate information.
- Maintain program documentation, including order logs, product assortments, and program guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Employee Merchandise Program Lead and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to branding standards.
- Support local pop-up stores and special events, including setup and teardown activities.
- Operational Execution & Inventory Management
- Support merchandise fulfillment activities (order processing and coordination only; no warehouse picking or packing).
- Track orders, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor order status and resolve fulfillment or inventory issues.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and program execution.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and employee feedback.
- Perform data entry and basic analysis to support program performance reviews.
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and escalate for resolution.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Equivalent combinations accepted (e.g., Associate’s degree + 5 years related experience, Bachelor’s degree + 2 years related experience).
- Experience
- 7+ years of related experience in order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, or program support.
- Skills & Tools
- Order processing and fulfillment coordination
- Inventory tracking and record management
- Reporting and basic data analysis
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Cross-functional coordination and internal customer support
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs as needed for event setup, teardown, and inventory handling.
