Job Summary:
The MRO Sales Support drives revenue growth by developing accurate, competitive proposals for aircraft maintenance services across our Maintenance locations. This role ensures alignment between client requirements, operational capabilities, and company profitability while serving as the critical communication bridge between sales teams, project management, and maintenance facilities.
Core Schedule:
- Days Monday - Friday, in office
- On call or evening/weekend/holiday hours may be required for special events or initiatives
- Travel between locations as needed
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (annualized), paid bi-weekly
- This position is classified as FLSA Exempt
Day in the Life:
As the MRO Sales Support at Jet Access, youll drive our maintenance sales operations across multiple locations with a focus on accuracy, profitability, and operational excellence. Heres what your role encompasses:
Proposal Development & Pricing Strategy
- Analyze client requests, work scopes, and RFQs for comprehensive maintenance and modification projects
- Research technical data, service bulletins, and regulatory requirements to determine accurate resource needs
- Develop competitive cost estimates ensuring profitability while meeting company standards
- Create detailed documentation and justifications for quotes, revisions, and scope adjustments
- Review technical manuals and consult with manufacturers or team members to validate complex modification requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Sales Representatives across locations to clarify client requirements and customize proposals
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Directors of Maintenance to confirm labor, downtime, and resource availability
- Work closely with Procurement teams and vendors to secure accurate part pricing and lead times
- Facilitate seamless handoff from quote acceptance to project execution across all facilities
- Support spaneting initiatives by providing technical expertise for promotional materials
Process Management & Compliance
- Track and monitor quote pipeline, providing timely updates to Sales teams on client decisions
- Ensure all proposals comply with FAA Part 145 regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
- Maintain organized, auditable records of all quotes and revisions for regulatory compliance
- Develop and improve quoting tools, processes, and pricing strategies to enhance efficiency
- Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Accesss continued growth and success

What will make you successful:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in aircraft maintenance estimating, planning, project management, or related field
- Previous aviation maintenance experience strongly preferred; A&P License a plus but not required
- Experience with business aircraft (Embraer, Pilatus, Cessna, Cirrus, Gulfstream)
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, inspection packages, and service bulletins
- Prior estimating, quoting, or project coordination in an MRO environment desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, quoting software, and ERP/MRO systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Must pass background checks and pre-employment screening
