We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Inside Sales Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in delivering excellent customer service, supporting business processes, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Assist in responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.• Maintain accurate customer records • Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.• Participate in continuous improvement projects• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Qualificiations:
• GPA of 3.0+• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.• Previous customer service experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.• Enthusiasm for learning and developing customer service and sales skills.
