Job Summary
To support the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, ensuring timely hiring and smooth integration of new employees, while maintaining a positive candidate and employee experience
Your activities
Talent Acquisition:Post job openings on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, ATS).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (job fairs, university partnerships, etc.).
Onboarding Coordination:Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment checks.
Coordinate onboarding sessions, welcome kits, and IT/access setup.
Liaise with departments to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new hires.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and track feedback.
Maintain and update onboarding materials, guides, and checklists.
HR Administration & Reporting:Manage internship files, including agreements, insurance, and internship allowances.
Oversee administrative mail flow from dispatch to receipt.
Coordinate and compile administrative files for new hires at HQ and follow up on those at stations.
Organize filing and archiving of all administrative documents at HQ.
Conduct regular internal audits of personnel files (required documents, job descriptions, charters, etc.).
Prepare and issue ANAPEC contracts.
Monitor newcomers during their training period.
Track internship agreements and work accident insurance.
Provide operational support to HR team in administration, recruitment, and payroll daily tasks.
Your profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Experience: 1 year experience in recruitment & Administration is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in English, French & Arabic
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS system
