Senior Architect - ServiceNow will be focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation. Responsible to lead the effort to analyze, develop, and improve required workflows and control validation processes within ServiceNow GRC, ensuring the compliance of security requirements across our organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions to support compliance management, risk management and business operation.
• Automate security control assessment workflows within ServiceNow IRM.
• Develop and maintain security control validation processes within ServiceNow.
• Integrate with security tools and other systems to enable automated evidence collection and risk analysis.
• Provide training and support on ServiceNow GRC workflows for internal teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues in ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and industry standards.
  

This position is offered on local terms and conditions within United’s wholly owned subsidiary United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree
• 6+ years of technical experience directly related to cloud
• 4 years of hands-on experience implementing business processes in ServiceNow.
• 3 years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow.
• Expert in JavaScript, AngularJS, and API integration.
• Strong knowledge about security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53, SSDF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and OWASP.
• Proven experience in aligning project initiatives with business objectives
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex systems
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with a history of positive team contributions and relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional security projects

• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

• Master’s Degree Computer Science, IT, Information System, Cybersecurity
• 6 years of experience in secure application development or vulnerability remediation.
• 4 years of hands-on experience implementing security processes in ServiceNow
• 3+ years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance)
• CISSP, CSSLP, CTPRP, CISM, or CRISC
