The Regional HR Business Partner (RHRBP) plays a strategic leadership role supporting a defined region of locations, leaders, and team members across one of the world’s premier private aviation hospitality brands. As a trusted advisor and coach to the Regional Vice President and business leaders, the RHRBP leads the design and execution of people strategies that directly impact organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture. The RHRBP brings a blend of business acumen and advanced HR expertise across multiple disciplines—including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Transformation, and Labor Relations. This individual works cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with business priorities and build high-performing, engaged teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coach and direct the HR team for the region including at least one direct report.
- Serve as a consultative partner to regional leadership, aligning HR strategies with operational goals.
- Lead regional implementation of key HR initiatives and contribute to enterprise-wide projects.
- Create tailored, scalable HR solutions that improve team performance and business results.
- Coach, assess, and guide leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and organizational impact.
- Identify skill gaps and mentor HR team members to build future capability.
- Drive the execution of performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Champion a high-engagement, people-first culture.
- Guide and execute strategies tied to engagement survey results and continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team member effectiveness and growth.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to forecast talent needs and build regional hiring strategies.
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and effective onboarding of top talent.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
- Interpret and administer Collective Bargaining Agreements; actively participate in grievance processes and union negotiations.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace environment.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated success in a business-facing leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Prior experience in service-intensive industries such as hospitality, aviation, or luxury services strongly preferred

- Ability to frequently travel to base locations, with overnight stays as needed
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical spanet, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, travel. The pay range for this position is $ 135,000 / $150,000 yearly.
