We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong critical thinking and prioritization skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Will be responsible for updating airline passenger meal counts and aircraft in CBase system. Printing various report for Operational deparments.  Handling internal and external customers requests via in person or on phone.

• Manage airline information in CBase. Data input information, Audit and Reconcile
• Verbal and Written Communication to internal and external customers
• Printing of Assembly and Food Diagrams, other operational reports
• Manage hourly deadlines, ability to prioritize task
• Knowledge of customer requirements
• Work in multiple internal and external customer systems
• All Other Duties as Assigned
• Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP).  Ensure all logs are properly completed and maintained within department
• Monitor and review Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) and all customer flight attendant comments information with work groups
• All Other Duties as Assigned

• Basic Computer Skills- Excel, Outlook, Cbase
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
• Outstanding general math skills.
• Good verbal and written English communications skills (Spanish is a Plus)
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work with minimal supervision
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good problem solving skills and ability to make decisions on own
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives in a fast paced enviroment
• Excellent attendance record
• Open to learn new processes and task as business needs requires
