Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Instrumentation engineer for flight test installation F/M to join our Physical Measurement department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join a team responsible for the development of physical measurements. Within this team, you will be involved in project management for fiber-optic measurement development, ensuring that measurements are appropriate and compliant, and providing operational support.

Your Challenges:
Gather and analyze requirements to specify, design, and deliver the Flight Test Installation (FTI) and its inherent systems (ground stations, hardware, digital systems).
Define, publish, and integrate the FTI architecture and dimensioning while respecting Quality, Cost, Delay, and Performance criteria.
Ensure the technology matures successfully to make it industrially viable.
Manage the configuration control of FTI systems and drive global logistics (investments, export control, stock).
Coordinate operational activities and provide level 2 technical support to maintenance stakeholders and test teams.
Your Boarding Pass:
Background in Physical Measurement, Electronics, or Optronics with initial professional experience in a similar technical environment.
Experience in the strength of materials applicable to the field of physical measurements.
Basic understanding of measurement uncertainty calculations.
Knowledge of optronic systems is desirable.
Basic notions of project management (budget, scheduling, calls for tenders).
Advanced level of English (working language) and an operational level of French.
