Pay Rate: $36.21 – $43.45/hour

As an HVAC Mechanic, you’ll be the backbone of facility operations—ensuring that high-tech environments, including clean rooms and central plants, remain safe, efficient, and mission-ready. Your expertise will directly support the development of groundbreaking aerospace systems that shape the future.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll Be Doing- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems supporting critical aerospace facilities.
- Install, service, and modify air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in compliance with safety codes.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate HVAC/building automation control systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on compressors, condensers, pumps, fans, and heating equipment.
- Charge systems with refrigerant and test for leaks.
- Fabricate and install ductwork; balance airflow and calibrate systems.
- Support clean room environments and centralized HVAC computer systems.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HVAC/Refrigeration experience.
- HVAC & Refrigeration Certificate.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Valid, non-expired Driver’s License.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial HVAC experience.
- Experience with centralized HVAC computer systems and clean room environments.
