Job Summary
As a Guest Experience Colleague, you will report to the Supervisor Lounges and become part of the front-of-house team. You will be responsible for lobby duties, guest hosting, bartending, and maintaining hygiene and service standards throughout the lounge.
Your role is to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere where empathy, efficiency, and discretion are key values.
Key Responsibilities
Hosting & Guest Engagement
- Clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the lounge.
- Responding to guest questions with excellent customer service.
- Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them to their seats.
- Explaining lounge facilities and services.
- Engaging with guests throughout their visit.
Guest Experience
- Answering guest questions efficiently.
- Directing guests to the appropriate lounge areas.
- Promoting upgrades and additional services while processing payments.
Culinary & Beverage
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure food and drinks are always available and well presented.
- Keeping pantry and bar areas clean and professional.
- Advising guests on food, drinks, dietary requirements, and allergens.
- Replenishing stock when needed.
Essential Skills
- Attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to follow procedures effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Available to work shifts between 05:30 and 22:30, 7 days a week.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel or customer service.
- Additional language skills.
Benefits

- A contract between 24 and 38 hours per week.
- A salary ranging from a minimum of €2730,18 to a maximum of €3438,25 gross per month (based on a 38-hour workweek and excluding allowances).
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shift allowances. Depending on the schedule, it can amount up to €350.00 gross per month.
