The opportunity
As a Crew Controller, you’ll be part of the team that ensures pilots and cabin crew are in the right place at the right time — even when plans change.
Based at the Budapest HQ, you’ll work closely with experienced aviation professionals, gaining insight into how a major international airline is run from its operational core.
No aviation background is required — what matters is your ability to think clearly, take ownership, and learn quickly.

What you need
- No previous aviation experience required
- Confident MS Office skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, but not required
Main responsibilities:
- Actively monitoring and adjusting flight deck and cabin crew shifts to support smooth day-to-day operations in the short-term planning window (+72 hours)
- Ensuring the right number of crew members are available on the day of operation, including managing last-minute changes or shortages
- Tracking on-time check-ins for flights and other assigned duties
- Continuously monitoring duty time and flight time limitations to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Managing operational notifications and communicating updates to crew members
- Preparing regular operational reports and flagging irregularities
- Identifying and escalating issues in a timely and professional manner
- Completing daily operations checklists to support structured workflows
- Working closely with other operational and corporate teams to resolve issues
- Supporting senior operations leaders with additional tasks as required

- 12-hour day& night shifts, offering structure and predictable time off
