Position Type: Full‑Time / Expat Assignment

Overview:

We are seeking a certified Survival Training Instructor to deliver advanced land and maritime post‑ejection survival training for fighter‑aircraft aircrew. This role supports aircrew readiness and mission capability for high‑performance fighter platforms operating in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver certified survival training in desert, land, and open‑water environments.
• Conduct post‑ejection survival instruction, including parachute landing, immediate actions, signaling, shelter, and water survival.
• Train aircrew on survival equipment, radios, beacons, flotation gear, and emergency kits.
• Lead field exercises and scenario‑based training safely and effectively.
• Maintain training records, safety compliance, and curriculum standards.

Requirements:

• Certified Survival/SERE Instructor (or equivalent recognized certification).
• Experience conducting land and sea survival training.
• Supporting fighter aircraft (F‑15 preferred; F‑16, F‑18, Typhoon, Rafale, Gripen, etc. acceptable).
• Strong understanding of ejection systems and aircrew life‑support equipment.
• Physically capable of conducting demanding field and water‑based training.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with military forces in the Middle East.
• Experience with F‑15C/D/SA/EX platforms.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Salary is tax free if working in country for 11 months Housing is provided Medical and dental benefits provided Holiday and PTO - 12 paid holidays and 30 days of PTO (accrued at 2.5 day per month) End of Service award - 15 additional days of pay

This is a fully onsite position in Pensacola,FL.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 24, 2026.
