Job Description:

Main tasks:

• Manage completeness and compliance to airworthiness, legal regulation and consistency of spare data including world wide network.

• Animate data flows, report KPIs and implement continues improvements.

• Define business requirements for spare data management.

• Participate to global and transversal improvement projects, act as WP leader.

• Provide adequate answers and solution for all questions linked to data impacting logistics processes.

• Load and correct logistic data.

• Provide training material and bring awareness for spare data management, including world wide network.

• Analyse customer & warehouse feedbacks.

• Create the Initial Provisioning (IP) Data for On Aircraft Equipment & AGE using the technical documentation available under the ASD 2000M spec  (issue 3.0) and the internal TID procedures.

• Deep knowledge about A/C Configuration Control.

• Compilation of the IP data in SAP systems: New IPC and MADAME (location and part data).

• Answer the observations (COLs) raised by the Customer to the IPL messages.

• Verification of the Illustrations associated to the relevant messages.

• Quality Assurance of IPL deliveries.

• Preparation of IPL Batches for Customer delivery.   

• Ensure correct AIMS  (Material Data Base) data upload and consistency with incoming messages.

• Industrial Management of blocking errors, KPIs, root causes analysis, implementation of new Check Rules, improvements to achieve 100 Right First Time.

• Interface with IPD/IPL community to correct detected errors (input and output data). Generation of Authoring reminders and Flash Cards. 

Highly valued knowledge:

• ASD 2000M international specification  (Version 3.0), Chapters 1A and 1B).

• TID Knowledge on AM and EQM/CMM Infosets

• Advanced Microsoft Access.

• Corporative Airbus systems  STILO and SAP.

• Customer Support disciplines for complex programs.

• Customer oriented.

• Able to perform under time, cost and quality demand.

• Able to communicate directly with Suppliers, Customer and Program Office on technical data issues.
