Role Summary
* In this role, you will support tooling readiness and manufacturing operations by performing setup, fabrication, maintenance, and movement of tools and fixtures to ensure production requirements are met. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* A minimum of 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as vocational school or an Associate degree.
* An electrical background.
* A welding background.
* Experience operating forklifts.
* Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings.
* Ability to work onsite full-time.
* Ability to work first shift hours.
* Eligibility to meet U.S. export compliance requirements.
* Ability to obtain and maintain required badging credentials. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Perform routine tool setup activities and minor tool repairs.
* Manufacture, assemble, and fabricate tools and fixtures.
* Operate factory support equipment to move materials and tools as required.
* Provide tooling support to other organizations.
* Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for tooling design.
* Assist in reverse engineering design and fabrication processes for parts.
* Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure tooling readiness.
* Use staging tools and forklifts to move equipment and tooling.
* Follow tooling instructions and blueprint requirements to ensure proper tool usage. Physical Requirements

* Lift tools weighing up to 35 pounds.
* Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
