Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Tulsa, OK
Work Schedule
• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Every other Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to fabricate complex metal parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry. This role requires precise welding ability, strong blueprint reading skills, and hands‑on fabrication experience. You will work with a range of fabrication tools and perform inspections to ensure all components meet tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan layouts and fabricate sheet metal parts and assemblies
• Perform TIG, MIG, and spot welding
• Operate fabrication tools including shears, brakes, drills, sanders, mills, and lathes
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
• Inspect parts and verify tolerances
• Troubleshoot basic fabrication issues
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams and assist others when needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Required Skills
• Proficient TIG welding skills
• Strong aluminum welding experience
• General fabrication experience
• Ability to operate an overhead crane
Preferred Qualifications
• Standard uphill joint plate test
• 3G bi‑metal test
• D1.1 aluminum plate test

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
