What You Will Do:

• Use blueprints, sketches, computer-aided design (CAD) and work instructions to produce
• precision parts
• Produce parts that meet required machine output specifications while maintaining high production rates
• Perform precise measurements for cutting/shaping tasks
• Assist in the development of other team members.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the business needs
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot, and appropriately adjust inputs to correct any
• issues outside specified tolerances
• Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Lathes/MCL (Material Control Lab) machines and/or other turning/cutting equipment.
• Review and understand blueprints, drawings, and/or written instructions to understand the machine output specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
• Assist in the development of other team members.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the business needs
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under
• this program/contract.

Qualifications We Value:

• 6 months manufacturing experience, technical training, military training experience, or
• completion of Certified Manufacturing Specialist Program
• 1 year of CNC machine operator experience that would include, but not limit to retooling, minor maintenance, changeovers, and first article inspection.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
• Experience with MS Office Suite
