Job Title: 2nd Shift Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Machinist to join our team. This role requires an individual experienced in operating both mill and lathe machines, with a strong understanding of CNC operations and blueprint reading. The working hours are from 3:30 pm to midnight, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CNC machines, mill machines, and lathe machines.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure precision and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating mill and lathe machines.
• Experience with CNC machinery and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30 pm to midnight, Monday through Friday. The work setting involves operating various machining equipment in a facility that prioritizes safety and collaboration.

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
