Job Title: 2nd Shift Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Machinist to join our team. This role requires an individual experienced in operating both mill and lathe machines, with a strong understanding of CNC operations and blueprint reading. The working hours are from 3:30 pm to midnight, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CNC machines, mill machines, and lathe machines.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure precision and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating mill and lathe machines.
- Experience with CNC machinery and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
