Location: Auburn, WA 98001
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $39.73 – $44.14 per hour
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Your expertise in fabrication, assembly, composites, or quality systems will help new hires thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, effective training using a variety of media and instructional techniques.
Adapt curriculum and delivery methods to meet business-specific learning objectives.
Assess training needs and coordinate scheduling for new hires, transfers, and recalls.
Monitor student progress and provide remediation and support as needed.
Collaborate with a team of 12 to continuously improve training programs.
Occasionally support off-shift training sessions.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems.
Proven instructional skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Experience adapting training content to meet diverse learning needs.
Ability to assess performance gaps and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace manufacturing or technical training environments.
Familiarity with onboarding programs and foundational skills instruction.

Pay Details: $39.73 to $44.14 per hour
