Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $29–$32 per hour

In this role, you’ll play a direct part in building and maintaining high-performance aerospace products that demand accuracy, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.

What You’ll DoAs an Assembler, you will plan and perform a wide range of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection tasks to support production flow. Daily responsibilities include:
Reading, interpreting, and following blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
Assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components using hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, and measuring equipment
Performing quality checks, identifying defects, and documenting findings
Reworking or repairing assemblies based on engineering changes
Maintaining accurate inventory at workstations
Following all quality standards and safety procedures
Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Standing for up to 8 hours per day and lifting up to 40 lbs as required
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, aviation, or precision manufacturing environments
Familiarity with electro-mechanical assemblies and inspection processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
