What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or related field required.
- Master’s degree or JD beneficial.
- At least 7 years of related experience required
- 5 years of management experience required
- Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations
- SHRM-SCP preferred.
