- Oversee the logistics functions including receiving, shipping, bonded store management, and kitting.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies across logistics, equipment maintenance and calibration, driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and equipment, regulatory compliance, and continuous process optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Oversee the issuance of materials to production, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production schedules.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to foster a culture of accountability, agility, and operational excellence.
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and machinery.
- Supervise scheduled maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs in alignment with operational demands.
- Solve complex issues across logistics and equipment functions, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Planning, Finance, Quality) and external vendors to drive operational alignment and minimize disruptions.
- Establish and maintain calibration procedures for all measurement and testing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Monitor calibration processes to maintain accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage the logistics and maintenance budget, including cost planning, optimizing, and forecasting, to ensure cost effective practices and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, cost trends, and risk assessments for leadership review.
- Promote safety standards and best practices within the logistics team.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, CAAC, AS9100).
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.
- 10 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics or Operations with supervisory management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and business acumen.
- Demonstrate agility in learning and adapting with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills to work across all levels.
- Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-moving environments with matrix reporting structures.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in equipment calibration and maintenance management.
- Familiarity with CORE (Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence) or any Continuous Improvement methodology.
