Description:You will be the F-35 Customer Programs USMC Program Management Director for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team. Our team is responsible for managing all F-35 program-related endeavors for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), including production, development, and sustainment requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the F-35 Customer Programs USMC Program Management Director, you will be responsible for leading the F-35 program management efforts for the USMC, serving as the primary point of contact for all USMC headquarters elements, commanders, and entities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct support and key USMC customer insight to executive leadership
• Overseeing the successful stand-up of the remainder of USMC F-35 program of record aircraft delivery and managing sustainment of the fleet
• Coordinating closely with aviation requirements officers and internal development teams on future requirements, including business development and government affairs
• Managing and resolving F-35-related production, development, and sustainment requirements, concerns, and issues for the USMC

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with the United States Marine Corps aviation community.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret customer requirements.
• Experience leading projects and/or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, teams and projects with peers and organizational leadership.
Desired Skills:
• PM1 Qualified or DAWIA Lvl 3 PM.
• F-35 or similar tactical aircraft flight experience.
• Familiarity with Military procurement an acquisition processes.
• Understanding of F-35 program.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Personnel engagement skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
