What You Will Do:
The New Product Integration Manager is responsible for all technical issues related to process development and initial production of engine components.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Lead efforts for new product development and manufacturing readiness. This includes managing MRL progression, process capability alignment, and communication with IPT and engine programs.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure new products are designed for manufacture including process certification & MRL requirements.
- Perform part cost analysis and execute on cost reduction initiatives.
- Management of engineering labor budgets
- Work with production to ensure processes enable material flow and standard work.
- Coach and develop manufacturing engineers to advance their proficiency.
- Support the Manufacturing Engineering team as a focal point for manufacturing software systems.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing engineering standard work.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field
- 7+ years of related experience required, including extensive exposure to machining and/or manufacturing.
- 3 – 5 years of Project management / Supervisory experience required; in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Position requires knowledge and experience in the implementation of process improvements initiatives, strong coaching, communication, team and customer focus, and strong interpersonal and proven leadership skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Working knowledge of shop practices, policies and procedures governing manufacturing engineering support requirements as well as work instruction documentation for manufacturing processes
- Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritize
Qualifications We Prefer:
- MA/MS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate skill and success in team leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills
- SAP and/or Solumina experience
- Demonstrate flexibility / adaptability in high stress, ambiguous assignments
- Excellent computer skills

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
