Description

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of learning and development within the organization, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a rapidly changing environment. The role is focused on overseeing team performance, adapting departmental plans to address challenges, and making decisions aligned with policies and strategic goals. It involves providing technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and potentially customers, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.

  1. Institute Management: Lead and manage the Leadership, HR, and Technology Institutes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the development of new institutes, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement learning strategies alongside divisional leadership to address targeted learning gaps and provide strategic solutions. Align divisional conferences support with strategic learning objectives to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  3. Skills-Based Learning Strategy: Drive skill-based learning initiatives to integrate advanced skillsets into the workforce. Lead upskilling initiatives to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of high impact teams.
  4. Assessment and Metrics: Deploy data collection strategy, evaluate competency proficiencies, and using results to guide curriculum development in compliance for highest impact solutions.
  5. Design: Translating business needs into effective learning solutions that meet performance, regulatory, and collective bargaining requirements.
  6. Delivery and Logistics: Ensuring training programs are timely, high-quality, and within budget, while managing resources and tracking.
  7. Business Partnerships and Support: Collaborating with leaders to prioritize and execute training initiatives, while addressing and escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in either Learning and Development, Learning Strategy, Talent Development, Adult Learning or relevant work experience. This role requires up to 20 travel.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
