Executive communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills (presentations, memos, executive updates) and demonstrated experience engaging with senior and executive leadership; able to communicate clearly and concisely.
Cross-functional influence: Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working in matrixed and global environments.
Business partnership: Strong business partnership mindset; comfortable operating on leadership staff with Finance/HR/Operations to drive decisions and outcomes.
Data-driven problem solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle operational and business problems through data-driven root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
Budget and cost control: Demonstrated experience owning budgets and driving cost controls, productivity, and value realization through governance and vendor management.
Project and portfolio management: Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, and deliver results across multiple initiatives.
Additional Information:
The base pay range for this position is $152,000 - $200,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 27th, 2026.
