Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business & Process Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Test Assurance Quality Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing quality support for the Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) domain. As part of the Flight & Integration Test Centre Quality Team, you will be involved in ensuring quality compliance of flight test activities and related deliverables, working closely with programs, design and operational teams.

Your challenges:
Drive the deployment of quality processes within Flight Test Instrumentation
Implement and monitor the quality surveillance plan across the domain
Follow-up on internal and external audits and ensure closure of findings
Support operational teams in problem solving (PPS) and risk analysis (PFMEA)
Manage the FTI quality referential and contribute to design review milestones
Your boarding pass:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Flight Test Instrumentation domain
Experience in process quality management (PQM) and PPS facilitation
Expertise with quality tools: PFMEA/DFMEA, BMS, ARM
Fluent English and French required
