Role Introduction
Reports to: Training and Reassignment Manager
To assist Training & Reassignment Manager in managing the production of an efficient training roster for flight crew, monitoring and handle any roster changes after roster publication for flight crew, cabin crew of Cathay and Air Hong Kong Resources to meet the company business operating plan. To monitor crew resources reassignment are comply with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) rules, company policy, and in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing performance measurements for flight crew training and reassignment issues and to proactively make recommendations to the Training and Reassignment Manager for continuous improvement
- Handling and investigating crew’s enquiries related to flight crew training and reassignment rosters
- Enhancing the performance of the section through appropriate automation and process improvements
- Devising appropriate training programme and suitable trained for all Training and Reassignment teammate
- Deputising the Training and Reassignment Manager for meetings if required.
- Undertake projects as directed by the Training and Reassignment Manager.
- Maintaining technical knowledge required
- Attending regular meetings with all stakeholders, providing reports and data analysis for continuous improvement on KPI and work process
- Maintain good partnership with all stakeholders
- Specific duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Training and Reassignment Manager
Requirements
- Tertiary educated, preferably in aviation related subjects or disciplines
- Good knowledge of flight crew training programs and assignment
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good ability in people management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and decisively under pressure and within a team
- Good planning and organization skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an airline operational environment, while experience in crew resourcing are definite advantages
