YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us and strengthen our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and capturing customer needs, identifying potential business opportunities and ensuring our solutions provide outstanding customer experience, all the while developing strategic and long-term customer relationships.
YOUR MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop & manage a portfolio of customer accounts with a specific focus on superior customer satisfaction, owning the renewal term and cross selling / up selling appropriately
Understand customer context and challenges and provide tailored solutions
Drive actions to deliver against operational and Business Unit (BU) objectives
Meet and exceed adoption and retention targets while maintaining an active pipeline
Negotiate winning commercial agreements according to the company strategy, close deals and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal services to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience (Operations, Subject Matter experts, etc)
Conduct regular customer account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Create or negotiate frame contracts, and ensure that contractual terms and conditions are applied
Represent Airbus Beyond with Airbus key stakeholders and customers such as airlines, MROs and suppliers
Attend trade fairs and events when necessary
CUSTOMER LOYALTYBuild and nurture close client relationships to drive account expansion and growth
Understand customers’ expectations, constantly improving the customer relationship by actively listening, clarifying their needs, concerns, propose solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction, provide precise information to respond to customer questions and articulate a winning value service leading to future business.
Prepare and manage all contractual/customer review meetings
Design of a customer loyalty strategy
Manage customer complaints & solve issues
Monitor and report key performance indicators, including cancellation rate, revenue, margin, quality indicators and end user feedback
Write reports and summaries in order to update customer accounts
Organize customer events in close collaboration with external communication focal point
YOUR BOARDING PASSSignificative experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role required (3&43; years)
Strong Customer mindset and business acumen
Strong organizational skills and priority management skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team
Excellent presentation, communication & story-telling skills
Listening skills (and ability to read between the lines)
Recognized for you negotiations skills and ability to influence
Good networking skills and capacity to create relationships
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Strategic vision
Full business fluency in French and English
A plus would be:
Knowledge of the aviation/aerospace industry
Use of Digital tools, including ERP
Any other language would be a plus
