Pratt & Whitney is seeking an energetic forward thinker to support our Military Engines (ME) Auxiliary Power unit (APU) Afterspanet team as an APU Materials Integration Manager. The APU Materials Integration Manager will be responsible for supporting various APU Spares customers through the management of proposals, orders, and multiple customer agreements supporting APU customers. The analyst will be the primary interface with their external customers. Additionally, the APU Materials Integration Manager will be responsible for managing allocation plans, tracking to the APU Spares financial plans, DPAS compliance, and monthly metrics and reporting. Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, capability to prioritize daily tasks, and ability to work independently under pressure on multiple projects are all critical to success in this role.
What You Will Do
Execute materials support integration activities including spares proposal management, material forecast, and inventory levels to ensure customer supportability. Manage customer critical parts lists and allocation plans
Ensure sustainment program critical issues are identified, communicated, elevated, and acted on in a timely fashion to leadership and through the appropriate processes and channels.
Responsible for supporting the spares P&L to meet program financial targets and customer needs; Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity (R&O); Proactively manage mitigation plans
Responsible for running monthly metrics and reporting including DPAS compliance. Also, identify and track leading indicators within the APU Afterspanet key business processes
Interface with internal and external organizations and customers to communicate and prepare for, successful material alignment, material sourcing, material expedite, and DPAS compliant shipments
Lead and support process improvement activities through P&W lean principles, Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE)
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree
8 years of project management, engineering, afterspanet management, or supply chain experience
Or an Advanced Degree and 5 years’ experience of project management, engineering, afterspanet management, or supply chain experience
US person or "green card holder"
Qualifications We Prefer
SAP Knowledge
Analytical thinking and ability to work independently and with a group to achieve goal
Strong understanding of supply chain and materials
Able to keep up with a rapidly changing business, solve problems, and see projects through to completion

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
