Summary:
Hands-on support of the MV-22 aircraft, performing modifications, maintenance, and functional testing.
Work independently on complex assemblies and troubleshooting efforts in accordance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, and modification of aerospace components per product specifications.
Replace or repair components to ensure serviceability.
Conduct and resolve functional/diagnostic tests using test equipment and fault isolation procedures.
Validate, verify, and document testing, repairs, and modifications in compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.
Visually inspect parts and systems for serviceability; identify and reconcile discrepancies.
Support engineering teams in correcting technical documentation and implementing solutions.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of work on aircraft systems and modifications.
Requirements:
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship mandatory)
High school diploma or GED
4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school + 2 years, Associate s degree, etc.
Minimum 4 years of MV-22 aircraft maintenance/modification experience
Strong knowledge of general aircraft processes (FOD control, tool control, safety)
Willing and able to travel up to 30 on short notice
Experience in either Airframe or Electrical/Avionics systems
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
