We are seeking experienced Structures Mechanics to join a rapidly growing MRO facility in Milan, IL. This team performs both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across a diverse fleet including Citation, Hawker, Embraer, Beechcraft, and Daher aircraft.

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $44.00 per hour (DOE)

• Annual Earnings: $70,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience and voluntary overtime

• Overtime: Available

• Relocation Assistance: Provided

• Monday – Friday

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in an MRO environment

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards

• Accurately document all maintenance actions

• A&P preferred.

• Experience in corporate/business aviation preferred

• Experience on Citation, Hawker, Embraer, Beechcraft, or Daher aircraft is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship
