We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of mechanical duties including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, repair, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems and turbine engines
- Perform inspections, repairs, and engine run-ups
- Prepare aircraft for delivery to customers
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Valid A&P License or at minimum in the final process of testing.
- 3+ years of experience(schooling counts)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic tools required
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with general aviation (GA)or corporate aircraft
- Familiarity with airframes and aircraft systems
Work Environment- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (typically Tuesday–Friday)
- Weekend shifts available
- Work performed in a hangar at MKE
- Opportunities to move to 1st shift based on seniority

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83000.00/yr.
$5K sign on bonus
401K company match + additional annual contribution equal to 4 of eligible compensation
