Role Summary
* In this role, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate, repair, and maintain tooling and precision components in support of manufacturing operations. You will read and interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tooling, monitor machine performance, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a 100 onsite shop environment. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, including milling and turning.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with G-code programming and CNC controls.
* Strong computing skills with the ability to document production data accurately.
* The ability to work variable shifts, including first and second shift.
* The ability to work onsite full-time in San Antonio, TX. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Experience using CAD, CAM, or CATIA software.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Select, install, and adjust tooling and fixtures.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
* Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Document production data and maintain accurate manufacturing records. Physical Requirements

* Lift and move up to 35 pounds.
