Role Summary
* In this role, you will support supply chain and logistics operations for C17 AOG MICAP shipments at Warner Robins, GA. You will manage customer orders, oversee service provider performance, coordinate transportation and logistics activities, and collaborate with functional stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of high-value aircraft parts. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced education OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years of related work experience).
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
* Experience managing Aircraft on the Ground (AOG) or MICAP shipments is preferred.
* Ability to work second shift, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Wednesday through Saturday, with flexibility for all assigned shifts.
* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Skills

* Experience developing processes and strategies related to transportation and logistics services.
* Experience overseeing service providers and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
* Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Manage AOG MICAP customer orders and transportation risk mitigation activities for the C17 program.
* Provide daily oversight of service provider performance and adherence to obligations.
* Coordinate with functional stakeholders, service providers, and business partners to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft parts.
* Develop and support logistics processes, strategies, and disciplines related to transportation and logistics services.
* Initiate, process, and follow up on AOG MICAP orders.
* Monitor and track logistics operations and provide status updates.
* Collaborate with team members to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
* Support training and mentoring within the supply chain team as needed. Physical Requirements

* Work 10-hour shifts on second shift, Wednesday through Saturday.
* Perform routine work in a warehouse or logistics office environment as required.
