PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Scheduler to support production operations and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between planning, procurement, and production—ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
What You’ll Do
Oversee forecasting, planning, and scheduling to align with production goals
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet customer expectations
Review order quantities and inventory needs 1–3 weeks in advance
Coordinate inventory levels with manufacturing capacity and production schedules
Support production management in prioritizing and directing assembly operations
Work with sales to align material availability with contract volumes
Develop structured forecasting systems using historical data and demand trends
Monitor material supply flow and identify shortages or bottlenecks
Generate reports on production performance and material availability
Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with control procedures
Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and material planning processes
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
2–4 years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain management
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Smartsheet
Strong communication skills in technical environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust across teams

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
