This role supports the timely flow of parts, commodities, and information that keep aerospace programs moving efficiently and in compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary & ImpactAs a Materials Management Analyst, you will help coordinate, analyze, and reconcile materials data to ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time delivery of parts and assemblies. Your work will directly support production schedules, contract compliance, and supply chain continuity for critical aerospace programs.
What You’ll Do Day to DayAssist in coordinating and scheduling on-time delivery of parts and commodities
Maintain and update materials management information systems for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct audits and analyze data related to inventory levels, delivery schedules, and material requirements
Reconcile discrepancies to minimize supply chain disruptions
Interpret contracts and requirements to support materials and production planning
Manage transactional orders and release work to fabrication or assembly organizations
Support bid, proposal, and production planning activities
Coordinate the flow of materials information between engineering, production, and supply chain teams
Identify trends or issues and suggest solutions of limited scope
Participate in or manage projects using approved project management techniques
Provide low-level training on processes and procedures related to engineering and production
Support regulatory, quality, and safety requirements
Required QualificationsAssociate’s degree or higher
Two (2) or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience reading and understanding contract language
Basic knowledge of Boeing Support Equipment hardware
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with project management (scheduling, resource management, performance metrics)
Knowledge of product support or logistics concepts
Experience with materials management processes
Experience working with safety and quality processes
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
