What are your contributions to the team?
- You will monitor master plan compliance (OTD, master schedule + recovery plan + production tracking (Late Hours).
- You will monitoring of costs and inventory versus production orders (inactive, obsolete and unplanned).
- You will change management efficiency (RNC, Snags, action sheets, rework orders, etc.).
- You will ensure full customer service for AOG / Spare parts, availability of material / components in time for production and compliance with BMS system and CMM procedures.
- You will provide service to customers with low demand.
- You will process and track RNCs in logistics queue, critical RNC requirements from QROs "SOS shop" and MTLs, support ANDONs.
- You will participate in production DMMs, improvement projects, processes from demand to supply (through cost reduction) and BOE (KPI performance, PSS process, etc.).
- You will provide visibility of shorts to production, plan and manage component coverage....
- You will control pick schedule and / or pull kits from warehouse, manage intercompany parts.
- You will track / analyze over consumption of parts (Scrap).
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You are recent graduates in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering.
- You hold technical Studies in Industrial Processes (Manufacturing) or logistics.
- You have Advanced knowledge of English language.
- You have knowledge of Office package at medium/advanced level, SAP & MRP.
