Are you ready to take your engineering expertise to new heights? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Parts, Materials & Processes Analyst to support a leading aerospace client in San Antonio, TX. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of critical aerospace components through research, testing, and hands-on troubleshooting. Your work will directly impact mission success and next-generation technology in the sky.
What You’ll Do:
As a key technical contributor, you will:
Evaluate electrical, electronic, and electromechanical parts and materials for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Analyze failed parts/processes, identify root causes, and propose solutions to eliminate future failures.
Develop and execute test plans, document results, and provide clear recommendations.
Ensure material and process suitability through collaboration with suppliers and customers.
Review electrical wiring drawings and provide shipside support.
Use tools like ENOVIA and CATIA to support issue resolution (design experience not required).
Support continuous improvement by integrating new technologies into processes and procedures.
Provide technical consultation across internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and electro-optical components.
Working knowledge of aerospace electrical wiring and assemblies.
Proficient in interpreting industry, military, and government specifications and standards.
Strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA for navigating technical data.
Shipside support experience in the aerospace environment.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour
