As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.

What you’ll do:

• Process, package and ship orders accurately

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory

• Transport engines from main building to test cell facility

• Inspect products for defects and damages

• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments

• Organize warehouse space

• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

• Check, verify and fill work orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and sales orders

• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Position Requirements:

• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions in English

• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 100 pounds

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player with organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Valid class 5 drivers license (or equivalent)

• High school diploma or GED

• Flexible schedule, ability to work overtime

Preferred Characteristics:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Ability to multitask

• Proven warehouse experience a plus

• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment a plus

• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS OneWorld, DHL, and similar systems preferred but not required.

• Valid forklift operators license a plus
