Summary
Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Owners to define and execute the go-to-spanet and touchpoint optimization strategies for Scoots ancillary products and revenue initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs to drive awareness, adoption and growth of ancillary products.
Conduct periodic research and benchspaning studies on ancillary product retailing and product spaneting initiatives.
Generate insights from deep analysis and research by working with Product Owners and UX team.
Identify opportunities, gaps and customer pain points through customer engagement and feedback loops.
Follow through with GTM and/or touchpoint optimization strategies and planned spaneting initiatives to promote growth of ancillary revenue.
