We are seeking five skilled Interior Mechanics to support a high-profile VIP interior completion project on BBJ 737 aircraft in Georgetown, Delaware. This is a unique opportunity to work on luxury aircraft interiors in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. As an Interior Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of high-end aircraft interiors. This includes working with cabinetry, upholstery, carpeting, finishes, and paint to meet exacting customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and refurbish high-end aircraft interiors.
• Work with cabinetry, upholstery, carpeting, finishes, and paint.
• Ensure all work meets exacting customer standards.
• Lead and guide other mechanics when necessary.
• Execute interior component removals and installations.

• 3–5+ years of experience with VIP aircraft interiors.
• Proven expertise in interior component removals and installations.
• Skilled in upholstery, cabinetry, carpeting, finishes, and paint.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and structural assembly.
• Experience in sheet metal and woodworking.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and upholstery.

Experience working with corporate and commercial jets in a P145 repair station. Benefit from overtime opportunities and a long-term contract with the chance of permanent employment.

Work Environment

Work in a hangar/outside environment with 1st and 2nd shift schedules. Most candidates will work the 2nd shift, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm. Be open to both shift schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
