• Conduct PLS-CADD modeling and analysis (license provided)
• Review encroachment and attachment requests associated with Transmission Line assets
• Evaluate design accuracy, constructability, and field conditions

• Attend design coordination meetings with internal teams, construction, and external customers
• Support field site visits as needed to verify conditions and review project work
• Communicate engineering findings clearly and professionally across all stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with overhead transmission line design (preferred)
• Experience using PLS-CADD (preferred; license provided)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to attend onsite work in East Mesa 2 days per week
• Ability to participate in meetings and site visits as required

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong technical judgment and problem?solving abilities
• Ability to manage QA/QC workloads efficiently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, team?oriented engineering environment
• Familiarity with utility standards and transmission design processes is a plus
