Join us!Role SummaryIn this role, you will support high-intensity ground systems development efforts by applying modern DevSecOps practices to integration and test activities, standing up and maintaining secure test environments, driving continuous process improvement through automation and metrics, developing and maintaining system requirements and traceability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and government customers in support of proprietary national security programs.
Education & Job Requirements
* You must have:
* A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* U.S. citizenship, as required to support government programs.
* Experience working in Linux environments.
* Experience using Ansible.
* Experience using Terraform.
* Experience using JIRA and Confluence. Preferred Skills
* You will have:
* A minimum of 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience leading or managing an engineering project or team.
* Experience with DevSecOps tools, including Packer, Nessus, and Trivy.
* Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, mutual Transport Layer Security (mTLS), cert-manager, Harbor, Postgres, and Windows environments.
* Experience writing and maintaining Shell and Python scripts.
* Experience supporting government customers.
* An active CompTIA Security+ certification. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able to:
* Apply modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code, to streamline integration and test activities.
* Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources.
* Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes by incorporating automation, metrics, and lessons learned to increase efficiency and reliability.
* Automate, develop, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot software development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration, and security control processes.
* Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and requirements traceability.
* Interface effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.
