Role Summary
* In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate SIGINT systems for airborne and space missions. You will work with cross-functional teams to perform system testing, performance analysis, documentation, and provide technical guidance while maintaining compliance with mission requirements and standards. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems.
* Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing techniques.
* Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols.
* U.S. Person status required for export compliance purposes.
* Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems to ensure compliance with mission requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems.
* Conduct performance analysis and testing of systems, including environmental testing and data validation.
* Develop documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures.
* Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements.
* Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* Work 100 onsite at the designated location. Physical Requirements
