Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform structural analysis for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, ensuring airframe designs meet strength, durability, and damage tolerance requirements. You will work with metallic and/or composite structures across various aircraft components, including fuselage, wings, empennage, propulsion structures, systems, interiors, and seats. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
* A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in aircraft stress analysis. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Experience with structural analysis methods for metallic and composite structures.
* Familiarity with finite element modeling and simulations.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering teams and document certification and test results. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Support product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and finite element models.
* Coordinate with other engineering groups to define structural requirements and environmental conditions.
* Document certification and test results to demonstrate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
* Work under minimal supervision while supporting a variety of structural commodities. Physical Requirements

* Perform office-based engineering work in Everett or Renton, WA.
* Adapt to overtime requirements of approximately 10 hours per week if needed.
