In this position as Control Account Manager you will:

• Foster collaboration across internal and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Subcontract Management, Business Management, and Program Office

• Manage multiple Sustainment Engineering projects for multiple LRHW weapon systems, leading a team of engineers to support domestic and international missions.

•Monitor and manage the weapons teams technical and schedule performance, ensuring alignment with overall program cost, schedule, and performance

•Support Flight Test events through the lens of fielding and sustainment execution

• Lead fielding LRHW system check-out events, providing analysis and data collection, root cause and corrective actions as required

• Interface directly with Hardware Engineering and design to understand level of repair analysis, line repairable unit identification and provide expert knowledge and recommendations to the Supportability Engineering team for the development of the Provisioning Bill of Material

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience on the LRHW System and working with the US Army Customer
• Experience working on/with Integration and Test Teams
• Experience leading/performing system checkouts
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and determining risk mitigation steps
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in a lab environment and understanding test procedures to influence system operations
• Experience working with repair of major end items/system and Line Replaceable Units
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics to solve operational issues
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
