What You Will Do:
Lead a team of Process and Powerplant engineers to achieve the commitments of both the F100 and F117 program.
Workscope development which includes definition of incoming and outgoing part number and configuration, applicable Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), F117 Service Bulletins, scheduled overhaul requirements and specific customer requirements
Accurate process plan creation and maintenance in Solumina G8
Engine record review and revision
Module configuration management in SAP
Identify and lead process improvements to improve lead time and quality. Lead continuous improvement efforts, strategic initiatives and special projects for CEC Engineering team
Partner with our P&W Military Engines Customers which includes Program Management, Logistics Program Management and Contracts organizations for both the F117 and F100
Build key relationships with both our internal / external customers and USAF
Collaborate with local DCMA on the F100 product line
Oversee use and maintenance of Standard Work for MECOE product lines
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree in STEM field and 10 years of experience in aviation or manufacturing industry, prior experience leading teams
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor degree in a related engineering discipline
Knowledge of USAF Technical Orders or similar engine maintenance manuals
Working knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting
Ability to work directly with P&W Military Engines Engineering, F100 Program, Eagle Supply, and F117 Programs
Working experience with SAP and Solumina G8

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
