As an Electronic Hardware Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions for our power and propulsion technologies. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, safety, and efficiency in sustainable aerospace. Your expertise in electronic systems engineering, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and aerospace solutions.
You will report directly to our Technical Manager and youll work out of our Brno, Czech Republic location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact critical projects and drive technical excellence within the organization. You will participate on a research and development project focusing on our sustainable hydrogen propulsion technology.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of power electronic systems and components, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanics, power & control electronics, software, modelling & simulation)
- Work closely with experience colleagues to educate in power electronics discipline

Qualifications
- University degree in electrotechnics, power electronics or a relevant education
- 1+ year of experience in electronic design systems engineering or appetite to grow after the university study
- Knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- English level B2
