Description: You will be the Configuration Analysis Associate Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for performing modification of military aircraft and ground vehicles to meet evolving operational needs, and supporting the customer with a quick turnaround of added capabilities to existing platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Configuration Analysis Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of configuration and data management analysts and technical writers, and overseeing daily tasks such as interpreting federal and state and/or international regulations, investigating and resolving compliance problems, and ensuring that policies and procedures are in compliance with statutes and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, processes, practices, and procedures of financial importance.
- Investigating and resolving compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing and tracking Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and maintaining performance metrics to deliver to stakeholders.
- Ensuring a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services, including electronic records retention processes, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance for multiple task orders to meet contract requirements, including producing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals and creating schedules and budget plans.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with configuration and data management processes and procedures
-Experience in Technical and Business writing
-Experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment with minimal direct oversight by management
- Previous and successful experience as Change Board lead for HW and/or SW CIs
- Configuration Change Board (CCB) understanding including implementation activities
- Proven experience with and knowledge of DFARS data right assertions for technical data
- Experience with Life Cycle Product Data Management tools
- Experience in reading and releasing engineering drawings, parts lists and documentation
- Experience working closely with internal and external customer teams
- Experience with serialization of hardware and Item Unique Identification standards
- Proven ability in processing CDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standard
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills

-Experience with System Applications Products (SAP) software
-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained / Certified
-Demonstrate detail-orientation, multi-tasking and effective project management skills
- Experience with CM of hardware/software
- Familiarity with spanings (including export control spanings), formatting and handling of documentation
- Experience with SharePoint management and control
- Aircraft experience (MH-6, MH-60, MH-47, AC-130J)
