Application Software Engineer – Contract – Christchurch – SC/DV

Your Role:

As the Application Software Engineer, your role will include;

• Design, code and test of bespoke complex software products.
• Fault finding and resolution of issues in a production environment to a successful conclusion.
• Producing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Collaboration with other members of the team: sharing knowledge and peer reviewing others’ work.

About You:

As an experienced Application Engineer/ Software Engineer your experience may include;

• Proficient in C and Visual Studio.
• Windows Forms and .Net Framework.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
• Understanding of the Software Lifecycle.
• Configuration management and version control.
• Deploying software in Virtual Environments.
• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 configuration.
• .NET and modern user interface frameworks.
• Knowledge and understanding of PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL.
• Knowledge of UML
